Dr Eugene Broderick, a retired secondary school principal, is a member of the advisory board, Waterford Museum of Treasures, Chair of Waterford Civic Trust and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. He is the author of Thomas Meagher: Forgotten Father of Thomas Francis Meagher (2022) and John Hearne: Architect of the 1937 Constitution of Ireland (2017).
